About Ketan Mangukiya

Ketan Mangukiya is the Founder & CEO of Healthray and has been working in software and technology for more than a decade. He studied computer science at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and has worked on software products, technology teams, and businesses through different stages of his career.

In 2010, Ketan co-founded Bigscal Technologies. Over the years, the company grew into a team of 150–250 professionals working with startups and Fortune 500 companies across global markets. Its engineering capabilities are also part of Healthray today, giving the company a strong technology base as it continues to build for healthcare.

Ketan started Healthray in 2019 and has been closely involved in its growth since the beginning. His work at Healthray covers product development, technology, and the day-to-day needs of healthcare organisations.

Why Healthray?

Ketan's decision to build Healthray started with something he saw in real life. He knew a doctor who was spending a large part of the day dealing with paperwork instead of patients. It made him look more closely at what was happening behind the scenes in hospitals.

The Problems Ketan Wanted to Solve

• Doctors were spending too much time on paperwork instead of spending that time with patients.
• Patient information was often spread across departments, making it difficult for hospital teams to get a complete view of a patient's care.
• Healthcare systems had valuable data, but it was not always connected or available when it was needed.

In 2019, Ketan founded Healthray to work on these gaps. One of the early goals was to reduce the paperwork doctors had to deal with and give them up to two hours back in their day.
